Earth Day, April 22

Next Wednesday, April 22, over a billion people in 190 countries around the world will come together to celebrate EARTH DAY !

Inviting you to take a stand on this 45th Anniversary of EARTH DAY so together we can show the world a new direction. It’s our turn to lead, so our world leaders can follow by example.

How to make a Stand this EARTH DAY

We are the ancestors of tomorrow. Our world is currently at a critical point and it is up to US to be the change that we know and feel most intimately in our hearts.

Every 3.6 seconds a person dies of starvation on this planet, over 1 billion of Earth’s people are illiterate and we currently use natural resources at a 30% greater rate than in unsustainable… leading to climate change and 25% of the world’s animal population becoming extinct by 2050.

But it is not too late, WE can make a difference. Every little act, every little step, every little action in the collective field creates a ripple of change… and in this momentum we create the beginnings of a revolution here on Earth. A quantum revolution into a new consciousness based on reverence for all of LIFE and a deepest compassion, kindness & LOVE for one another.

I have put together a list of 5 things that you can commit to on EARTH DAY, APRIL 22… and I invite to to consider making one or more of these commitments for the next 365 days, up to Earth Day 2016 !

EARTH DAY – COMMITMENT 1

I created an EARTH DAY ‘Sacred Ancient Wisdom’ meditation video. I invite you to listen/watch this video and embrace the joy, love, healing that Mother EARTH gifts to you. Heal yourself and you heal our planet. Make the COMMITMENT this EARTH DAY to embrace the wisdom in this video in your Day to Day life and BE the CHANGE ♡

EARTH DAY – COMMITMENT 2

Join me at my Essence of Angels® Teachers Course in New York, USA (18 to 23 April 2015) and as part of the course, on APRIL 22 we will be working with the EARTH GRID (see my picture to the right) and the Sacred Ancient Wisdom in the above Video (Commitment 1) to weave this Sacred Wisdom into every aspects of our day to day lives.

The ‘Inner Circle’ represents the Heart of the Earth and contains each of the Sacred Geometric Elements of Creation (Earth, Fire, Air, Water) weaving through the field that is Spirit.

The ‘Outer Circle’ represents the Heart of all Creation, the Galactic Heart. It contains the Essence of the Archangels of Creation and the wisdom of all KNOWING through the field of Source.

Finally, the ‘Middle Circle’ represents our ‘Individual Heart’ and our Collective Heart. We are the bridge between Heaven & Earth. When we connect through our Hearts to hear the Sacred Ancient Wisdom from the Heart of our Earth we are inspired to take Conscious Action in day to day lives. Then when we connect our Hearts to the Heart of the Creation we move into a higher state of Consciousness and become the leaders of Quantum Evolution of a New Earth.

Make the COMMITMENT this EARTH DAY to attend our Essence of Angels® Teachers Course OR alternatively embrace Commitment #3.

EARTH DAY – COMMITMENT 3

Inviting you to BUILD your own nature healing circle and offer the gift of ‘rememberbing’ to all Citizens of Earth.

This grid could be as complex or as simple as you wish. You could use crystals, stones, leaves, shells, flowers… anything at all from nature that Mother Earth gifts you on the day.

You could make a simple ‘Wheel of Life’ circle, or make 3 Circles to represent the 3 Hearts of Creation (see Commitment 2), or even just sit out in nature, holding a rock or sitting up against a tree and open you Heart to Natures Sacred Ancient Healing Force.

A circle is infinite, it has no beginning or end. In the present moment a circle connects you to the past and weaves your intentions into the potential future. A circle carries your sacred heart wishes in all directions of time and space and through synchronicity and divine magic brings them into physical form.

After making your circle, place a lit candle in the middle and allow the eternal flame of creation ignite your deepest and most sacred desires into the Heart field of Earth.

Make the COMMITMENT this EARTH DAY to connect with Nature on a regular basis and through the ancient ritual of nature circles open your HEART to Earths wisdom to BE the CHANGE.

EARTH DAY – COMMITMENT 4

Breathe !
Yep that is it, make the commitment to Breathe !

Not just any old breath, make the COMMITMENT each day, whether on waking, during your walk to work, hugging a loved one or upon retiring to bed… to deeply breathe and FEEL the aliveness of breath pulsing through your every cell.

Breathing is not just a physical practice (ie something that you autonomic nervous system just does for you automatically) but breathing is also a Spiritual Practice a deep and sacred connection to the cherished field of Spirit both around and through you.

Through your breath the Earth Speaks through your Heart, through you breath with live you life in resonance with the breath/heartbeat/pulse of Creation… our BREATH is the key to moving beyond our limited state of beliefs, anxiety or fear as our BREATH aligns us with SOURCE.

Sharing with you my ‘Galactic Heart Meditation’ to open your Breath to the Heart of Mother Earth and the Heart of all Creation to BREATHE as one with the infinite ALL.

EARTH DAY – COMMITMENT 5

Embrace the JOY of living and have fun !

This may seem like such a simple commitment, but often we can get caught up in the stresses of our day to day lives that we forgot what living is all about.

Living is not about working and making money to live, living is about being passionate about what you do and sharing that passion (which is quite infectious by the way) with others. Money flows where your energy goes… so as you live your passion your ‘work’ becomes an extension of our SOUL and brings much joy, abundance and prosperity your way.

Make the COMMITMENT this EARTH DAY to do something EVERY DAY that brings you JOY. Here are some suggested ideas, but of course their are endless possibilities just allow your imagination run wild:

Make a meal for a loved one or even make something special just for you. Light a candle, say a prayer of gratitude, eat slowly and relish every morsel.
Take a long bath with candles, crystals & essential oils. Do something just for YOU. The more you LOVE yourself the more LOVE you gift into the HEARTS of humanity.
Hike in the mountains, stroll around a lake, surf in the ocean or ride rapids down a river. Be exhilarated by what nature brings to you.
Take a inventory of your home and make a commitment to clean up clutter and sell or give away 10% of your stuff. You will feel lighter, less encumbered and JOY will be the natural state of beingness when there is less ‘stuff’ weighing you down.
Gift a Random Act of Kindness to another. Eg pay the toll of the car behind you, leave chocolates on a work colleagues desk, or flowers on a neighbours front door step. You coudl use our Spirited-Travellers Gratitude Cards to help the GIFTEE pay your gift of kindness. Nothing brings more joy than to bring joy into the heart of another.
