The Light of God – Prayer
May the Light of God through us hear our prayers.
In the name of the Light, we offer compassion, forgiveness and mercy to those Souls experiencing the painful depths of darkness and fear.
In the name of the Light we choose to transform our own pain, we choose to illuminate our own darkness and we choose to acknowledge and release our own fears.
In doing so, we shine God’s Light brightly and embrace our Soul’s highest potential here on Earth. We shine our Light for the highest good of self, we shine our light for the highest good of all.
May the Light of God through us hear our prayers as we birth a new consciousness here on Earth with Grace & Ease

Speaking your Authentic Truth

After I sent out my March 2011 newsletter last month (I have included an extract at the bottom of this blog page), I was inundated with emails from people sharing their stories of how they too had been having challenges with speaking their ‘authentic truth’. Thus I felt guided to share with you some wisdoms that I live my life by, in the hope that you may find a truth that resonates for you !
One of my all time favourite books is ‘The Four Agreements’, by Don Miguel Ruiz. I love the simplicity of the book, yet the infinitely deep wisdom contained within. The Four Agreements is what I choose to live my life by (which is an ongoing process), and forms the foundations of my Crystal Light Healing V Teachers Course.
If you would like some assistance in living your life authentically, then here is a little summary of the Four Agreements to assist you in embracing these principles with Grace & Ease:
Agreement 1: Be impeccable with your Word
Your ‘word’ is your thoughts, actions, and spoken words… thus all energy’s that you expend out into the world.
Being impeccable is about not going against your self at any time. Being impeccable is about always focussing on expressing your energy from within, thus sharing your thoughts, actions and energy from a place of self-love.
Your words can set you free or they can enslave you.. thus being impeccable means not judging, laying blame, not gossiping etc… it is about self-responsibility. After all your thoughts, actions and energy are only expended from your own personal belief systems (your own personal truth), thus no one is ‘right or wrong’.
However, if you find you are not expressing your thoughts, actions, words from a place of self-love, then this gives you the opportunity of growth and to change your belief systems that no longer support your awakened consciousness.
Agreement 2: Don’t take anything Personally
People expend their thoughts, actions, words, energy from their own personal belief systems, thus ‘nothing other people do is because of you, it is because of themselves’.
Thus in living an authentic life it is important to release the need to right and make everyone else wrong. ALL of us are only living from our own personal belief systems.
What other people think of you is none of your business !
Agreement 3: Don’t make assumptions
When we make assumptions about someone, a situation or something we sell a ‘story’ to ourselves and believe it as a truth. The assumptions we create are from our own personal belief systems, and experiences of our life to date.
We make assumptions, believe it to be true and then take the situation at hand personally. We become ‘right’ and others become ‘wrong’.
In speaking authentically, we need to not make assumptions about a situation, but rather we need to seek clarification, seek understanding, seek to listen/hear the truth of other parties. Others do not think, feel, hear, see or quite like yourself (yes, that also includes your family and loved ones), thus it is important to openly communicate and free yourself of unnecessary pain.
Please remember it is ok to say ‘NO’. We often think and feel for others, what we believe is right for them (even if this may not be right for yourself). Don’t make an assumption about someone else’s life, just be impeccable with your own word.
Agreement 4: Always do your best
It is time to let go of the need to control… and experience self-love. When you love yourself you are always doing your best ! If you are doing your best, then you are living the first 3 agreements.
Doing your best is about living in the moment, being present all the time. And your best changes in each and every moment.. sometimes you maybe sick or tired, sometimes your energy is high or low, and sometimes you maybe happy or sad, thus your best is how your live the first 3 agreements in the moment.
There is no need to judge, punish or beat yourself up… always do your best in embracing the first 3 agreements, and become the master of LOVE, Spirit and LIFE.

Extract: Messages of Love – March 2011
I just came back from my morning walk along the beach where I revelled in chatting with all the Nature Spirits in preparation for this months Utopia Retreat ! It is one of those picture postcard days here on the Sunshine Coast – blue sky, gentle breeze, rolling surf… what a way to welcome in the first day of Autumn here in Australia.
As I walked over the sand dunes and caught my first glimpse of the sun rising over the ocean, I wanted to share my joy with the world so I spoke to the butterfly beside me and said ‘what a great day !”.
Venturing onto the beach, heading to the water, a lady came up to me with a huge grin on her face and said ‘Great day isn’t it !”, then further along the beach, a young man with his dog said ‘morning, great day to be on the beach !’.
Walking along the waters edge, I couldn’t help reflect on everyone’s comments… what I had earlier expressed to the world was exactly what I was experiencing from others on the beach. As we move into the 9th Wave/last cycle of the Mayan Calendar this month (see my article below).. our rate of creative manifestation is increasing exponentially, how you experience your life is up to you !
Then I started to reflect back on the month just passed, and some of the challenges which were brought my way… in particular people not honouring their commmittments to me, going against their word, and not upholding their end of the bargain. So if I create my reality, then why had I been experiencing these frustrating situations in my life ?
On review, I could see in the past that I have tended to be Mr Nice Guy. When friends/clients had not honoured their committments to me…. I would reply with ‘its ok’, ‘doesn’t really matter’, ‘it will be alright’ or sometimes not even said anything at all. However, these words (or lack of) were not said with authenticity but from a place of not wanting to hurt the other persons feelings or not wanting to make then them feel bad/uncomfortable for doing the wrong thing, and for the sake of keeping the peace and not wanting to ‘rock the boat’.
Thus I created in my world the environment for others to not honour my boundaries, as the energy in my world said ‘it is ok if you do not honour your committment with me !”. So time to take advice from some old Toltec wisdom and ‘be impeccable with my word & speak my truth from a place of love’.
Look forward to seeing how my relationships (business & friendships) shift, now that I am honouring my own boundaries, and honouring the opportunities for others to also grow. Life really is brilliant as a co-Creator. What a great day it is !
