After spending the morning setting up for the Melbourne Essence of Angels workshop… we then caught up with friends and experienced my first AFL GrandFinal. Our son is an avid fan… but hey, it has never really resonated with me (no offence intented to those who love the sport !). It was great to share the spirit, feel the vibe in Melbourne… and our son LOVED it !!

Day 13 – Fleurieu Peninsula

After a delightful weekend facilitating Essence of Angels at ‘Di’s Place’ in Port Willunga SA… we had planned on travelling today but felt guided to relax in nature, sip on a glass or two of wine and chill with the family. Synchronicity brought us to the Woodstock Winery where we were pampered and nurtured all afternoon. Love Woodstock’s vision of sustainability.. and giving back to the environment. In the evening we stayed in Victor Harbour…. I was in bed by 8pm and slept for 11 hours… recalibrated all the energy from Essence of Angels !!!!!
