Terms & Conditions

I hereby acknowledge and agree that:

1. The ownership of all intellectual property provided in the Essence of Angels® (EoA) Teacher Course belongs to Simone M. Matthews (SMM), and that I may only teach EoA Practitioners in the manner expressly provided by this agreement.

2. I will complete all components of the EoA Teacher Course curriculum as set our on the enrolment webpage, in order to qualify for certification.

3. During my EoA Teacher Course studies, and then in my subsequent relationship with Universal Life Tools (ULT) as an EoA Teacher, I will not divulge any information I am privy to about the internal workings/business operations/ financial affairs of Universal Life Tools and its associated operations to any other person, unless expressly required to do so by SMM.

4. As an EoA Teacher student and then teacher of EofA Teacher, I will not give/share/lend/copy etc  in any form any EoA Teacher Course information (for example, but not limited to - workbooks, audios, emails, master document files,  etc..) that I am given authority to use by ULT.

5. All training/marketing/Teacher materials provided by ULT during the EoA Teacher Course and then upon graduation (full EoA Teacher Graduation pack) -  I acknowledge I will adhere to the terms of use.

6. The Workshop/Events/Courses/eCourse Terms & Conditions also form an integral part of these EoA Teacher Course Terms & Conditions.

7. I will not teach EoA Practitioners until I have been awarded by SMM the Certificate of Metaphysical Healing – Essence of Angels® Master Teacher (EAMT) and at my own discretion having completed sufficient healing hours and other continuing professional education that enables me to teach EoA to the best of my ability.

8. If and when I teach EoA Practitioners, I will teach it in its entirety and will not combine the teachings with other modalities.  I agree that this is a necessary requirement of the ULT Metaphysical School of Healing (ULTMSH) to ensure consistency amongst EAP graduates and to abide by agreements ULT has in place with other associations which accredit EoA as a Practitioner Modality (eg IICT).

9. In teaching EoA Practitioners, I will acknowledge myself as a EAMT certified by the ULTMSH, but that all content is copyrighted to SMM.

10. I will not teach in full or part any of the EofA material as a full or part component of another workshop, and have taken note that the teachings and EofA name are Trademarked to SMM.

11. As a certified EAMT, ULT welcomes and supports me in facilitating my own workshops/ teaching my own material as an important part of personal growth and community service.  However I acknowledge that I will not teach EofA under any other name or guise.

12. As a certified EofA Teacher , all proposed EofA Practitioner workshops are registered with the ULTMSH. I will not facilitate any EofA Workshops unless they have first been registered with ULTMSH.

13. All training/marketing/Teacher materials provided to me upon graduation as a practicing  EAMT remain the property of SMM, and if I am in breach of any aspect of this agreement, and hence my EAMT Teacher Certificate is revoked, then I agree to return all materials within 7 days of my Certificate being revoked.

14. I will endeavour to advance my training through continuing professional education (selected at the discretion of myself), to ensure my knowledge/teaching skills are at a professional level as would reasonably be expected of a professional teacher.

15. As a spokesperson for EofA/ULT, I will uphold the professional reputation and integrity of ULT in a national/international market.

16. If in breach of any aspect of this agreement, my EAMT Teacher Certificate may be revoked, and I will no longer have the legal right to teach Essence of Angels.

18. I agree to the following disclaimer:

I hereby acknowledge and agree that in attendance of the above mentioned Essence of Angels Teacher Course, the ownership of the intellectual property provided in the teachings belongs to Simone M. Matthews, and that I will not use any of that intellectual property in any form of advertising, education or promotion whatsoever, except as expressly agreed within this Schedule. I also acknowledge that use of any procedures or techniques learnt in the Essence of Angels teachings are in no way designed to replace medical practices or medical advice given to people from qualified medical practitioners. The Essence of Angels teachings make no claim to cure any illness or disease, nor does it claim to diagnose and prescribe medical advice.  The information is not intended to offer medical, psychological or other professional services, and whenever persons find themselves in need of treatment by a qualified medical practitioner, the above mentioned party encourages them to do so. In the event that you use the information from the Essence of Angels teachings for yourself and teaching others, the above mentioned party assumes no responsibility for your actions or any personal liability or public indemnity for facilitation of events.

19. I agree to the following Country of Origin Disclaimer:

The philosophy of Essence of Angels® is based on channeled material from ancient civilizations and indigenous peoples that have walked the Earth, as well as from the higher dimensional portals of the Pleiades, Sirius and Galactic Centre.  It is the aim of the Essence of Angels spiritual modality teachings to remain true to these ancient and indigenous wisdoms and express these most cherished gifts from the Divine in their complete and most accurate form.  As a result, we highly recommend that all registered Essence of Angels® Teachers remain educated in local laws, best practices, and duty of care that is expected of themselves as well as their students/ practitioners in their ‘Country of Origin’.  Whilst it is your students/ graduate practitioners responsibility to keep up-to-date with changes in local practices/laws, it is assumed that your students/ graduate practitioners would refer to yourself (ie their Essence of Angels Teachers) at regular intervals in order to ensure relevant ‘Country of Origin’ standards are met at all times.

20. Universal Life Tools reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time.
