Hello, my name is Kristy! I have a background in Early Childhood Education and have worked in the field for several years. Currently I am on a new mission and following a second passion of mine: Health/Well Being.
I am a student, studying Natural Nutrition in order to be certified as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (projected to be graduating in August of 2016), this is a course that consists of teaching holistic nutrition and its relation to not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
I am very passionate about anything related to health and wellness, as well as spirituality. I consider myself to be quite vibrant, giggly and down to earth. I am a huge fan of books; reading is another interest of mine.
I have a vision to eventually publish something and also to do some traveling for vacation and business purposes! During the past year, I feel I have really begun my journey, and to open up to others and feel comfortable speaking about various topics that involve wellness.
I look forward to sharing what I know with countless others in whatever experiences they may present themselves throughout my life. I find it very interesting that everything from crystals, oracle and tarot decks, and various health modalities are all interconnected.
