This week, the winds are changing… 🍃✨

Can you feel it too?

The Equinox is a sacred threshold.

A beautiful moment of balance between darkness and Light.

A pause between all that has been and everything waiting to become.

Like the breeze moving through my Spring coriander flowers, life is gently stirring something within you.

Clearing.

Rebalancing.

Creating space.

You don’t need to force what comes next.

Simply soften.

Breathe.

Listen to your Heart.

Let the season carry away what you are no longer meant to hold.

And welcome the new energy already finding its way towards you.

This is your invitation to return to your centre.

To honour how far you have come.

And to open yourself to the life that is ready to bloom through you.

Sometimes we wait for the whole picture before giving ourselves permission to begin.

Yet our Soul may already be speaking through curiosity, delight, and the simple things that make us feel alive.

I love the thought that you can follow that feeling without knowing where it will lead.

Write the first few lines.

Send the message.

Give yourself ten minutes to explore.

Then notice what happens within you.
Does your breath soften?
Do you feel more present, more YOU?

Self-trust grows when you listen within and give that wisdom room to move.

Scorpio Moon days have a way of drawing us beneath the surface and gently returning us to what is real 🌒

But truth doesn’t always arrive with thunder.

Sometimes, it arrives as relief.

As a deep exhale.

As the soft return of your own energy when you finally stop talking yourself out of what your Heart already knows.

Perhaps your truth is beautifully simple today:

I love this.
I’m ready.
I need more space.
This matters to me.
I want to try.

You don’t need to explain it.

Just become still enough to hear it.

Your truth carries its own light.

It dissolves the fog, calls your power home and gently returns you to the sacred rhythm of your Soul.

There is something deeply magnetic about being honest with your own Heart.

Your energy stops scattering.

Your path becomes clearer.

And your whole being begins moving in one luminous direction.
