Frequently Asked Questions
If you are trying to Login & the form is not working, there are two possible reasons:
1. Maybe you have the incorrect Password ?
2. Maybe you aren't registered with a MyAccount ?
Incorrect Password:
If you are definitely a MyAccount holder, but the Login form is not working, maybe your password is incorrect ? If this is the case, then you can reset through the 'Lost your password' link (located at the bottom of the Login form).
However, if you are NOT already a registered MyAccount holder, then this password reset will not work for you.
Do I have a MyAccount?
If you have previously purchased through our Shop, then you most likely have already created a MyAccount during the checkout process. However, if you chose Express Checkout as a guest (for orders prior to 2018), then NO MyAccount would have been created.
If you are trying to Access an ONLINE Course on your MyAccount, however when you previously purchased the Course you chose Express Checkout (hence you don't have a MyAccount), then please email our office with your Order# and we will organise setting up your MyAccount & adding your Course.
If after reading through the first FAQ above you are still having a problem, here is something else you may like to try!
Please clear your Cache in your Browser and try LOGGING in again.
Or Try using a different Browser all together.
Or Event try LOGGING in from a different device.
If you are still unable to Login or unable to Register after trying these solutions, then please send us a message via our Contact Us Form and help will be at hand very soon.
To view all Previous Orders, first Login to your MyAccount. Upon Login, you will have instant access to your MyAccount Dashboard.
From your Dashboard, click on Orders. Here you will find a list of all Previous Orders.
Click on the respective buttons to View/Print Orders.
Please Note: If you have previously ordered from us and chose to Express Checkout as a guest at the time (ie not logged in to your MyAccount, or not registered a new MyAccount), then any Express Checkout orders that contained 'download links' will not be linked to your MyAccount, hence will not be displayed under your MyAccount Dashboard Downloads.
If you would like these Express Checkout Downloadable eProducts to appear on your MyAccount, please use our Contact Us form and we will do our best to help you out.
To access your previously purchased Online Courses + Downloadable Products (includes eBooks, Posters & Audios), first Login to your MyAccount. Upon Login, you will have instant access to your MyAccount Dashboard.
From your Dashboard, click on Courses & Downloads. Here you will find Access/Download Links to Access your Courses & Downloadable Products.
Please note that many of our Downloadable Products have a maximum number of Downloads (usually 3). All of our Courses have LIFETIME Access.
Please Note: If you have previously ordered from us and chose to Express Checkout as a guest at the time (ie not to login to your MyAccount, or not register a new MyAccount), then any Express Checkout orders that contained Access/Download Links will not be linked to your MyAccount, hence will not be displayed under your MyAccount Dashboard Downloads.
If you have previously purchased a Course or Downloadable product however this Course or Product is not showing up under Courses & Downloads, this could be for 1 of 2 reasons:
Reason 1: When you previously purchased the Course/Product you chose Express Checkout, hence did not LOGIN to your MyAccount, then as a result your Purchase does not show up under Courses & Downloads on you MyAccount. Or...
Reason 2: Maybe you purchased the Course/Product via a Payment Plan outside of the MyAccount System ?
If either 1. or 2. applies to you, then please email our office with your Order# & relevant details, and we will organise adding your Course/Product to your MyAccount.
To change your Billing or Postal Address, first Login to your MyAccount. Upon Login, you will have instant access to your MyAccount Dashboard.
From your Dashboard, click on Addresses. Click on the edit links to edit either your Billing Address or Postal Address.
To change your Password, first Login to your MyAccount. Upon Login, you will have instant access to your MyAccount Dashboard.
From your Dashboard, click on Account details. Type in your New password in the field. Then retype your new password under Confirm new password. Click Save Changes.
