When you LOGIN to your MyAccount, you can access any of the following...

Dashboard

Your MyAccount Dashboard gives you Quick & Easy access to your Account.  View Orders, access Online Learning, Keep all your Account Details up-to-date.

Account Details

View & Print your Shop Orders, update your addres & reset your LOGIN - all this can be done from your MyAccount Dashboard.

Online Learning

If you have enrolled in Online Learning, all your Courses can all be accessed from your MyAccount Dashboard.

Special Offers

From time to time we share Special Offers with our MyAccount members.  These may include discounts, early access offers & VIP Events.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am trying to Login but the form is not working ?

If you are trying to Login & the form is not working, there are two possible reasons:

1. Maybe you have the incorrect Password ?

2. Maybe you aren't registered with a MyAccount ?

Incorrect Password:
If you are definitely a MyAccount holder, but the Login form is not working, maybe your password is incorrect ?   If this is the case, then you can reset through the 'Lost your password' link (located at the bottom of the Login form).

However, if you are NOT already a registered MyAccount holder, then this password reset will not work for you.

Do I have a MyAccount?
If you have previously purchased through our Shop, then you most likely have already created a MyAccount during the checkout process.  However, if you chose Express Checkout as a guest, then NO MyAccount would have been created. 

This means you will need to first Register for a MyAccount in order to be able to login.

I am trying to Register but the form is not working ?

If you are trying to Register, but form is not working, then maybe you are already Registered ?

Am I already Registered with a MyAccount?
If you have previously purchased through our Shop, then you most likely have already created a MyAccount during the checkout process. If this relates to you, then please use the Login Form to login to your MyAccount.  

If you cannot remember your password, then use the 'Lost your password?' link at the bottom of the Login form.

I have previously purchased from your shop, but I don't have a registered MyAccount?
If you have previously purchased through our Shop, but at the time chose Express Checkout as a guest, then NO MyAccount would have been created. 

This means you will need to first Register for a MyAccount in order to be able to login.

I am unable to Login/Register ?

After reading the the first 2 FAQ entries above (and attempting to find a solution),  if you are still unable to Login or unable to Register, then please send us a note via our Contact Us Form and help will be at hand very soon.

How can I view my previous Orders ?

To view all Previous Orders, first Login to your MyAccount. Upon Login, you will have instant access to your MyAccount Dashboard.

From your Dashboard, click on the 'Orders' link.  Here you will find a list of all Previous Orders.

Click on the respective buttons to View/Print Orders.

Please Note:  If you have previously ordered from us and chose to Express Checkout as a guest at the time (ie not to login to your MyAccount, or not registered a new MyAccount), then any Express Checkout orders that contained 'download links' will not be linked to your MyAccount, hence will not be displayed under your MyAccount Dashboard Downloads.

How can I access my Online Courses, Audios & eBooks ?

To access your previously purchased Online Courses, Audios & eBooks, first Login to your MyAccount. Upon Login, you will have instant access to your MyAccount Dashboard.

From your Dashboard, click on the 'Downloads' link.  Here you will find a link of any past Shop Purchases that contained download links - such as Articles, Posters, Books, Audios, as well as access to Online Courses.

Click on the respective button to access your Downloads / Online Courses.

Please Note:  If you have previously ordered from us and chose to Express Checkout as a guest at the time (ie not to login to your MyAccount, or not register a new MyAccount), then any Express Checkout orders that contained 'download links' will not be linked to your MyAccount, hence will not be displayed under your MyAccount Dashboard Downloads.

How can I change my Billing or Postal Address ?

To change your Billing or Postal Address, first Login to your MyAccount.  Upon Login, you will have instant access to your MyAccount Dashboard.

From your Dashboard, click on 'Addresses'. Click on the edit links to edit either your Billing Address or Postal Address.

How can I change my Password ?

To change your Password, first Login to your MyAccount.  Upon Login, you will have instant access to your MyAccount Dashboard.

From your Dashboard, click on 'Account details'. Type in your 'New password'.  Then retype your new password under 'Confirm new password'.   Click 'Save Changes'.
