COVID-19 - Shipping Delays
Due to the global impacts of COVID-19, there maybe shipping delays experienced on our International Shipments & Domestic (Australian) shipments.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (shipping out of Australia to the rest of the World). Please check the Australia Post Website to read the latest on Global Shipping Timeframes, including list of Countries that are not receiving parcels. Please use the 'Standard Parcels' column when viewing shipping times. All International Shipments are shipped with tracking.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (shipping within Australia). All Domestic Shipments are shipped via Australia Post or via Sendle Couriers. Delays are minimal at this time, most usually only 2-3 days delay on usual postage timeframes. Please check the Australia Post Website, as well as Sendle website to keep updated on any changes to delays. Please use the 'Standard Parcels' column when viewing shipping times (Australia Post). All Domestic Shipments are shipped with tracking.
Rest assured we are doing our best to ensure that you receive your parcel on a timely basis, thank you for your understanding & support at this time. Please also note that last minute changes (mostly by international ports) may mean your parcel delivery will be delayed (in addition to the delays per links above). We sincerely apologise for this, but as you an understand this is completely out of our hands.

What currency are your shop products ?
Shop prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) & are inclusive of GST.
We offer a FLAT RATE Shipping Charge:
Australia- $10 AUD (inclusive of tracking)
International- $19 AUD (inclusive of tracking)
What Countries do you ship to ?
We ship anywhere in the world from our Australian Office.
We ship all of our orders via Sendle Couriers or via Australia Post.
Our shipping charges are inclusive of tracking.
Do you ship to PO Boxes ?
YES. We can ship your order to your PO Box or to your Street address or to your place of business.
Will my parcel be left at my front door ?
Australian Shipments: Shipments to a physical address in Australia are shipped via Sendle Couriers and will be delivered & left at your front door (or an alternate location at your delivery address - please provide details in comments box during checkout). Once orders have been delivered & left at your address, they become the responsibility of the purchaser. If you prefer to sign for your order, then please let us know in the comments box on checkout. If your address is not within the delivery zone/reasonable delivery timeframe of Sendle Couriers, then orders maybe shipped via Australia Post.
Australian Shipments: Shipments to a PO Box address in Australia are shipped via Australia Post and will be delivered & left at your front door (or an alternate location at your delivery address - please provide details in comments box during checkout). Once orders have been delivered & left at your address, they become the responsibility of the purchaser. If you prefer to sign for your order, then please let us know in the comments box on checkout.
International Shipments: International Orders are shipped via Australia Post and then delivered by your local Postal Service within your country. Whilst you may request in the comments box during checkout out for your parcel to be 'left by your front door', we cannot guarantee this service.
When will I receive my Order ?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days on receipt of payment for your order. You will receive a confirmation email confirming shipment & how you can track your order online.
AUSTRALIA - Shipping Timeframe
1-6 Business Days (depending on your location)
INTERNATIONAL - Shipping Timeframe
International shipments can take up to 10 business days to be receipted (15 business days during peak holiday periods such as Christmas/New Year). Please check the Australia Post International Shipping Guide to determine how long it will take for your order to be receipted.
Should your Order be urgent, then we can ship your order via Express Post (Australia & International), at an additional cost. Please place this request in the 'customer notes' box on check out.
Are my purchases Insured ?
Whilst every care is taken to package your products diligently for safe transit, Universal Life Tools cannot be held responsible for mis-handling or loss caused by Australia/International postage/courier services. Whilst our Flat Rate shipping fee includes TRACKING, additional insurance covers the purchase for loss/damage.
To INSURE your order, please place this request in the 'customer notes' box on check out.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do ?
If your order was insured, please contact us immediately and keep original shipping box as well as the packaging as it is required for the claim insurance (sending us clear photos is most helpful too): email@example.com
If your order was not insured, and the damage was the result of Australian/International postal/courier service mis-handling, then Universal Life Tools accepts no responsibility for damages. If the damaged was the result of Universal Life Tools error in packaging, then we will replace the damaged items at our cost.
I haven't received my order, what do I do ?
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of your order payment.
Australia Orders should then be receipted in 1-6 business days, and International Orders in up to 10 business days (15 days in peak holiday times such as Christmas).
If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, then please contact us immediately - quoting your order#: firstname.lastname@example.org
Customs Charges, Import Fees
International orders may attract customs charges, duties, fees etc... These possible additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. Depending on your country of origin, there also may be import restrictions/bans on certain products into your country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/importer to review your country's guidelines. Universal Life Tools accepts no responsibility/costs incurred for returned goods not accepted through customs.
