Last week I had the pleasure of facilitating our first Life Mastery Heart Retreat for 2018, here on the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Australia… our delightful home !
Our Heart Retreats are an opportunity to press ‘pause’ in your life. A time to savour silence, get back in touch with the healing sounds of nature, rediscover your soul song and nourish the body, mind & soul throught lightrition. Our Retreats take you on a deep dive into your Heart, a sacred reconnection with ancient wisdom to emerge after 7 days into the grandest version of the greatest vision you have ever held for YOU!
There is something so very humbling and reverently sacred about each and every Retreat. It is quite amazing when you feel into the energy, a group of people who don’t know each other at the start, travelling to attend our Retreat from all corners of the globe… coming together in Heart Space to share, awaken, learn & grow from each other.
Whilst everyone’s backgrounds/lives are so diverse, there is a silver aetheric cord that connects us all… a greater vision as to WHY each of us has been called together as a group. After a couple of decades of facilitating gatherings, I am still very much in awe of the synchronicities, awakenings & profound leaps that happen on retreat. Oh I feel so very blessed to be able to do this work.
For our February Retreat, our group travelled from New Zealand, United States/Costa Rica & Tasmania to attend our Retreat. Sharing with you a photographic glimpse of our February 2018 Heart Retreat in the hope a glimmer of the Light, LOVE & Joy that was woven during our time together ripples out into your life too ???? Now it’s funny, we didn’t get to take many photos as we were all so caught up in the moments that the thought of photos often didn’t cross our minds that often… but fortunately between us all, we did capture of few special twinklings to share with you.

Nature Divas – Earth, Fire, Air & Water
During our week long Life Mastery Heart Retreat, each day we headed outdoors for our Nature Sessions. Sunrise walks, Yoga, Meditation, Ocean Swims, breathing in fresh Mountain Air and closing each day in a state of blissful Grace as the Sun set.
There is something so healing, centering and profoundly life-changing when we take time each day to drink in the energy of the Elementals, listen to the spirit medicine of the animal kingdom and surrender to the messages of nature.
Big juicy gratitude hugs to Suzi Joy Coombes (Suzi graduated as a Teacher through our school in 2008) who gracefully joined us for one of our morning sessions. Suzi used her voice to attune and merge our beingness with the songlines & wisdoms of the land, water, air & rising sun. It was quite a profound experience for us all… and lovely to play with her crystal bowl too 🙂
At sunset on St Valentines Day we climbed Mt Tinbeerwah (meaning ‘Rise Up’ in our local Aboriginal Gabi Gabi dialect). At the top of the mountain, where via a 360 degree view we could see every sacred place that we had visited over the past week, we chose to set our Souls free.
On Mt Tinbeerwah we chose to ‘Rise Up’ and be a force of LOVE, a wave of joy and a spirit of commUNITY in service to something greater than us. As synchronicity had it, a group of people were singing ‘love songs’ to the accompaniment of a guitar as a distant lightning storm flashed on the horizon… LOVE does find a way into our Hearts (and out of our Hearts) when we choose to have the courage to say YES to our greater potential.
Lightrition, Crystalline & DNA Activated Food
I am passionate about Fermentation and using Crystals & Essences to activate/prepare food. Food not only tastes so much better when you activate the release of its ‘Lightrition’ properties, but it also genetically meets your individual nutritional needs – body, mind & spirit.
Diet comes from the latin word ‘dieta’ meaning ‘daily way of life’ and Nutrition comes from the latin word Nut/Nux meaning ‘eating from the seed of life’ – so eating in the light is a natural part of your daily way of life. This means stepping outside of all the mis-information about the perfect die-t, letting go of what other people tell you you can & can’t eat, or feeling ‘shame’ when eating a so called ‘wrong food’.
Eating as a natural part of life is about being present, listening to your body, tuning in to your emotions/mental patterns… and experiencing the lightrition of food from a fifth-dimensional resonance. Only YOU instinctually know & naturally attract to you the foods that meet the requirements of your energetic blueprint and that help you to flourish in all areas of your life. So I LOVE sharing & teaching HOW to actively work with foods Lightrition to return to your natural ability to eat in the LIGHT as a daily part of life.
We had sooo much fun in the kitchen activating foods lightrition that we forgot to take photos of everything we made (kind of a good sign I think)… but lucky we managed to capture a few random shots.
Wisdom Teachings
Prior to attending our our Life Mastery Heart Retreat, all participants study Crystal Light Healing® & Essence of Angels® online (both of these eCourses are included as part of enrolment in our Retreat). Then during our daily Wisdom Teachings Retreat Sessions, we submerge ourselves in the practical & expansive application of our Crystal Light Healing® & Essence of Angels® within our lives.
Our Wisdom Teaching sessions are an opportunity for students to go deeper & expand higher than they have ever gone before. Our Sessions are about taking the teachings (the head stuff) and living these wisdoms through the Heart, breathing these wisdoms through every cell and stepping into a lightness of being and blissful sacred presence.
Upon completion of our Life Mastery Heart Retreat, all our graduates are certified (and provided with an extensive array of resources) to teach Crystal Light Healing® & Essence of Angels® Internationally. Though many attendees prefer to attend our Life Mastery Heart Retreats for their personal healing and to shine more fiercely, more sensually and more radiantly than they have ever done before ☆
