Increasingly media, special interests, and politics are preventing doctors from helping patients. During the Covid-19 pandemic, through legal threats, public ridicule, and internet suppression, doctors have been prevented from using and publicizing various treatments.

We believe that the American people have the right to be informed through the release of frontline practical knowledge, not carefully corporate-curated data that is beholden to special interest censorship.

Today’s Last Quarter Moon in Gemini clears the mind of what it has been carrying. Ahh, big sigh out ☺️

You may be waiting for an explanation, apology or perfectly worded conversation (that you have played over a zillion times in your head) before allowing yourself to move forward.

However closure is not always something another person can give you.

Closure can arrive when you stop rehearsing what you wish you had said. Or stop asking an old chapter to produced another ending.

One that does not require you to rush, prove or exhaust yourself.

Perhaps the slower pace is not delaying your transformation. Perhaps it is allowing your body to feel safe enough to receive it ✨

There are seasons for bold leaps, and seasons for tending the soil beneath your feet.

Eat something nourishing.
Finish one thing slowly.
Sit in the sunshine.
Keep one gentle promise to yourself.
