Some things we create return to us years later… carrying more light than when we sent them out. Life after-all is circular, within the Torus.
Back in 2016, I shared an article called The Cosmic Orgasm… Sacred Geometry.
It was a love letter to our earliest beginnings. I wanted to show how the very first days of a human life, from a single fertilised cell to a tiny glowing being, move through the same sacred patterns that shape stars, flowers and galaxies. To support the wisdoms, I created an illustration: The Sacred Geometry of Human Development.
Now a good decade later, a message arrived from Drunvalo Melchizedek’s team. They asked permission to include my graphic in his new book, The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, Volume 3: Awakening the Illuminated Heart.
I have leaned into Drunvalo’s work for many years. I have shared his teachings through my many courses and retreats, and his Flower of Life books have sat on my shelf like well-worn sacred companions.
So you can imagine how my heart beamed with joy when Volume 3 arrived in the post… with a handwritten note from Drunvalo himself. I shed a little tear… so much love 🥰

The Pattern Beneath All Things
Sacred Geometry is the language Creation speaks before it speaks in words. Its the divine thought, before the divine word.
It is the circle, the triangle, the spiral and the star… the hidden architecture inside a sunflower, a nautilus shell, a snowflake, a galaxy. The ancients carved it into temple walls from Egypt to China. They knew that the same few shapes repeat at every scale of life.
At the heart of it all sits the Flower of Life, a field of overlapping circles, each one passing through the centre of the next. And from the Flower of Life we see the expression of Metatron’s Cube.
As I share in Crystal Light Healing Level III, within Metatron’s Cube live all five Platonic Solids, the sacred templates of the elements of Creation:

Hexahedron (Cube)… Earth

Tetrahedron… Fire

Octahedron… Air

Icosahedron… Water

Dodecahedron… Spirit
The Seven Days of Creation… Inside You
In many traditions, Creation unfolds in seven days. And in the first seven days or so after conception, a new human life moves through its own sacred sequence of creative expression through sacred geometry.

The Sphere… the Void. Before anything divides, there is the ovum: a perfect sphere. In Sacred Geometry the sphere is the Void, the womb of all potential. Then the sperm arrives, the two nuclei meet, and the zygote is formed. One cell holding the whole blueprint of you.

2 cells… the Vesica Piscis. The first division. Two circles overlapping, each passing through the centre of the other. The Vesica Piscis is the ancient symbol of the sacred feminine, the doorway through which light enters form. Spirit and matter, meeting in the middle.

4 cells… the Tetrahedron. Four cells settle into the simplest of all three-dimensional forms, with one cell at each point. The Tetrahedron is Fire… the spark of life, catching.

8 cells… the Egg of Life and the Star Tetrahedron. Around Day 3, eight cells form the Egg of Life, and their centres trace a Star Tetrahedron. Two interlocking tetrahedra, one pointing up to Heaven and one pointing down to Earth. This is the Merkaba, the light body that Drunvalo has taught about for decades.

16 cells… the Fruit of Life. As Drunvalo describes in Volume 3, at 16 cells two nested Star Tetrahedra appear, along with the 13 circles of the Fruit of Life. Add a few straight “masculine” lines to the Fruit of Life and Metatron’s Cube is born, holding all five Platonic Solids. Life is amazing!

64 cells… the Flower of Life. Around Day 4 the cells form the morula, a little cluster like a mulberry. Its pattern is the Flower of Life itself, the 64 Tetrahedron Grid that I teach in Crystal Light Healing.

128 to 256 cells… the Blastocyst. Around Days 5 to 7, a hollow space opens inside the cluster. An inner world and an outer world begin to separate, and the tiny being prepares to nestle into the wall of the womb.

512 cells… the Torus. And then the great turning. Around the seventh day, at 512 cells, the geometry folds in on itself and becomes a Torus.
The Torus and the First Heartbeat
The Torus looks a little like a hollow apple or a doughnut, with energy flowing out of one pole, around the outside, and back in through the other. In my original graphic, I mapped the human form onto it:

The north pole becomes the mouth

The south pole becomes the anus

The inner tube becomes the internal organs
-
The hollow space becomes the lungs
And at the very centre, the still point, the Zero Point… the Heart comes into form.
This is the part I love most. The heart is the first organ to form and function in the embryo. It begins to beat around three weeks after conception, before there is a brain to tell it what to do. As Drunvalo puts it so tenderly in Volume 3, there was a time in your mother’s womb when you were “pretty much nothing but a heart.”
The Torus is not only the shape of your beginning. It is the shape of the energy field around your Heart, the Earth, our Galaxy. It holds the greatest volume within the smallest surface… endlessly flowing, endlessly renewing. Your first heartbeat was, in a very real sense, your first breath with the Heart of Creation.
From that tiny pulsing heart, you kept unfolding… into the some 100-odd trillion cells of the body you are living in right now. Every single one of them began here.
As I shared within my recent 7-Day LIGHTBody Attunement, your Heart becomes a meeting place, of Heaven here on Earth. The 3 Hearts of Creation, beating & breathing together as one.
The Heart Is Older Than the Brain
In Awakening the Illuminated Heart, my graphic appears in Chapter Two, “The Subtle World of the Heart,” in a section Drunvalo titles “The Heart Is Older than the Brain.”
He writes that knowing the heart was created before the brain is essential to understanding how ascension works. So he returns to the teachings on mitosis he first shared in Volume 1, and then takes them further…

The heart forms and begins beating before the brain begins to develop

The heart sends more signals to the brain than the brain sends to the heart

The heart’s electrical field is about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain’s

Its magnetic field is about 100 times stronger, and can be measured several feet from the body
So the very geometry I drew back in 2016 now sits inside a much larger teaching about the Heart… the sacred space within it, and our path home through it. To see my illustration there, beside his words, honestly brought tears to my eyes.
You are Divine Design
I didn’t name the 2016 article The Cosmic Orgasm to be cheeky. (Well… perhaps a little.) I named it that because conception truly is an act of Creation. Two become one, and then one becomes many… the same ecstatic outpouring that birthed the stars, repeating itself inside a woman’s body.
When you ponder on this further, something within you softens.
You were not assembled randomly. You were geometried into being, line by line and circle by circle, in perfect harmony with the patterns that hold the whole Universe together. You are Divine Design expressing itself in form.
Before you ever had a thought, you had a heartbeat. Before you ever had a mind to doubt yourself, you were a Heart… pulsing in rhythm with the Heart of Creation.
That Heart has never left you. It is still the centre of your Torus, still the still point of your being, still your most direct line home.
