From Conception: The Sacred Geometry of Becoming

Some things we create return to us years later… carrying more light than when we sent them out. Life after-all is circular, within the Torus. Back in 2016, I shared an article called The Cosmic Orgasm… Sacred Geometry. It was a love letter to our earliest beginnings. I wanted to show how the very first […]

The Flourish Celestial Wheel

A Living Map of Who We Are Becoming There are moments in life when we can feel something greater moving through us, even when we cannot yet find the words to explain it. A quiet stirring within the Heart.A longing for something more truthful.A sense that life is not simply happening to us, but lovingly […]

The Greatest of Resets— Earth Magnetic Pole Reversal

Whilst there is a large bandwidth of discussion on the planet regarding the materialistic The Great Reset— from a multi-dimensional place of observation there is an even GREATER RESET that is taking place— a full Magnetic Pole Reversal of planet Earth— where North & South poles reverse.  As I shared within my Earth’s Pole Reversal […]

Unlocking the LIGHT of Humanity

If you have ever attended one of my Heart Retreats, or studied my online Lightrition Course, or shared in my passion for Alchemical Fermentation with Quartz (checkout my Instagram or Flourish Community), you are aware of my LOVE for Earth’s Microbial Biome.  I consider Earths Biome in a much more broader context, referring to it […]

Cellular LIGHT Communication— We really are LIGHT-Beings

We really are LIGHT-Beings.  LIGHT is the primary nutritional (lightritional) sustenance of human cells that enables cell-to-cell communication to take place.  Without LIGHT life does not exist.  LIGHT is the information our bodies require to heal, regenerate and genetically evolve within a changing bio-terrain. In recent posts I have shared how Quartz amplifies the medicinal qualities […]

Quartz & Light Medicine

Light Medicine, or Lightrition, is the emerging artful science of how LIGHT intelligence is the power source of Human Evolutionary consciousness.   Without LIGHT life does not exist.  Light is the quintessence of consciousness, the intelligence that breaths all living things into beingness.  When we nourish ourselves through expanded spectrums of LIGHT, our bodies heal and […]

I AM BREATH – 5G to 5D

Do you know the origins of the word ‘Spirit’ ?‘Spirit’ comes from the Latin word ‘Spiritus‘ which means Breath.   How glorious, that each breath we take, each sacred inhalation/exhalation is in fact a reverent connection to Spirit.  The filling of our vessels with Divinity.   From our first breath at birth, to our last breath at […]

Lunar Nodes – Gemini/Sagittarius – Curiosity for Truth

Well I must say, the astrology for 2020 continues to both astound and enthrall me.  Whilst it can be hard to sometimes see a bigger picture when trudging through the quagmire of this covid-19 time, all you need do is look to the stars for answers… believe me, they are all there ! This week, […]

This week, the winds are changing… 🍃✨ Can you feel it too? The Equinox is a sacred threshold. A beautiful moment of balance between darkness and Light. A pause between all that has been and everything waiting to become. Like the breeze moving through my Spring coriander flowers, life is gently stirring something within you. Clearing. Rebalancing. Creating space. You don’t need to force what comes next. Simply soften. Breathe. Listen to your Heart. Let the season carry away what you are no longer meant to hold. And welcome the new energy already finding its way towards you. This is your invitation to return to your centre. To honour how far you have come. And to open yourself to the life that is ready to bloom through you. What are you ready to welcome through this Equinox gateway? 🍃

The Sagittarius Moon always lifts our eyes toward the horizon 🏹✨ So tell me, what idea keeps coming back to you? The trip. The course. The project. The conversation. The version of your life that makes something inside you light up. You don’t have to know exactly how it will happen. You don’t even have to make it happen today. Just stop dismissing the spark. Give it a page in your journal. Ten minutes of research. One message. One little yes. Sometimes a dream simply wants to know that you’re listening. Save this for the possibility that keeps tapping you on the shoulder 💛

Your next chapter might begin with a tiny spark of joy. ✨ That idea you keep returning to. The thing you would love to try. The possibility that makes your Heart whisper.... Oh yes, please 💗 Pay attention to that. Sometimes we wait for the whole picture before giving ourselves permission to begin. Yet our Soul may already be speaking through curiosity, delight, and the simple things that make us feel alive. I love the thought that you can follow that feeling without knowing where it will lead. Write the first few lines. Send the message. Give yourself ten minutes to explore. Then notice what happens within you. Does your breath soften? Do you feel more present, more YOU? Self-trust grows when you listen within and give that wisdom room to move. And transformation can begin with something as simple as making space for joy. What little spark would you love to follow today? 🫶

Scorpio Moon days have a way of drawing us beneath the surface and gently returning us to what is real 🌒 But truth doesn’t always arrive with thunder. Sometimes, it arrives as relief. As a deep exhale. As the soft return of your own energy when you finally stop talking yourself out of what your Heart already knows. Perhaps your truth is beautifully simple today: I love this. I’m ready. I need more space. This matters to me. I want to try. You don’t need to explain it. Just become still enough to hear it. Your truth carries its own light. It dissolves the fog, calls your power home and gently returns you to the sacred rhythm of your Soul. There is something deeply magnetic about being honest with your own Heart. Your energy stops scattering. Your path becomes clearer. And your whole being begins moving in one luminous direction. What truth would feel freeing to admit to yourself today?
