Over the last weeks, my inbox has been full with so many questions from our community seeking support for their Health, Vitality & navigating these changing times. Each day I regularly receive emails asking questions such as:
“How can I protect myself from Vaccine Transmission/Shedding?”
“What can I do to boost my immune system & calm my nervous system?”
“I feel deep within me that we are on the cusp of great change, how can I make a difference?”
Rather than answer individual emails (I do need to sleep sometime!!!), I thought to start a weekly-ish Nature’s Medicine video series where I share simple things you can do, or small changes to integrate into your lifestyle that will ultimately reap you & your loved ones huge rewards. I believe it is the small steps that EACH of us take that can & do make a huge difference in the world.
I believe with whole-heart that when we tap into Natures Intelligence, her medicine, we awaken the inherent Intelligence of our own bodies to both Heal & Thrive.
