Jo’s life focus is illuminating people to manifest their full potential and live their life in balance. She is a Licensed Spiritual Health Coach and Essence of Angels® Teacher.
Her life changing journey of self-discovery has included many different healing modalities related to intuitive healing and nurturing body, mind and spirit; Reiki Master and Teacher, Chinese Energy Medicine, Certified Yuen Method practitioner, Feng Shui practitioner in training (Western School of Feng Shui), Soul Alignment® Angelic awakening, essence, retrieval and spiritual communication, Certified Myers-Briggs Psychological and Personality Typing.
Jo’s formal education includes a Master’s in Adult Education and Counseling and a BA in Psychology. Prior to refocusing her career in intuitive healing arts, Jo’s professional background includes 20 years in management, marketing, public and media relations, primarily in agriculture related business, spanning across Canada.
In addition to her intuitive coaching practice, Jo is involved in a family farm operation with her husband and daughter, raising Registered Polled Herefords and growing cereal, pulse and oilseed crops.
