Teachers, Practitioners & Students
As a Student / Practitioner / Teacher through our Universal Life Tools Metaphysical School, either through your studies with Simone M. Matthews or with a Registered Universal Life Tools Teacher, please be aware of your Duty of Care, Legal, Moral & Ethical obligations outlined below.

I hereby acknowledge that as a Student/Practitioner/Teacher of a Universal Life Tools Healing Modality/s, the ownership of the intellectual property provided in the workshop/event belongs to Simone M. Matthews (SMM), and that I will not use any of that intellectual property in any form of advertising, education or promotion whatsoever. I also acknowledge that use of any procedures or techniques learnt in the workshop/event are in no way designed to replace medical practices or medical advice given to people from qualified medical practitioners. The workshop/event material makes no claim to cure any illness or disease, nor does it claim to diagnose and prescribe medical advice. The information is not intended to offer medical, psychological or other professional services, and whenever persons find themselves in need of treatment by a qualified medical practitioner, SMM encourages them to do so. In the event that you use the information from the workshop/event for yourself or others, SMM assumes no responsibility for your actions.

We ask all participants to ensure mobile phones are turned off during all sessions. Participants are not permitted to record the proceedings of the workshop/event by use of any (but not limited to) mechanical, audio and/or visual devices (eg phones, dictaphones, video recorders, laptops, flipcams etc..), without the express permission of the workshop facilitator. Photographs are most welcome, but please respect the privacy of other participants particularly during healing sessions and ceremonial work.
Country of Origin
The philosophy behind Universal Life Tools® events, healing modalities and courses is based on channeled material from ancient civilizations and indigenous peoples that have walked the Earth, as well as from the higher dimensional portals of the Pleiades, Sirius and Galactic Centre. It is the aim of SMM teachings and body of work to remain true to these ancient and indigenous wisdoms and express these most cherished gifts from the Divine in their complete and most accurate form. As a result, we highly recommend that all students confer with their local Universal Life Tools registered Teacher as to the local laws, best practices, and duty of care that is expected of the students/practitioners in their ‘Country of Origin’. It is the students/practitioners responsibility to keep up-to-date with changes in local practices/laws and to ensure these standards are met at all times.
Student/Practitioner/Teacher Recognition
I acknowledge that I will not commence Practitioner/Teacher practice or refer to my self in any form of advertising, education or promotion whatsoever as a registered Practitioner/Teacher through Universal Life Tools until I have officially been issued with a 'Practitioner/Teacher Graduation' Certificate/s signed by the Principal of Universal Life Tools Metaphysical School of Healing - Simone M. Matthews.
Student, Practitioner & Teacher Certification
As a student I acknowledge that I will not refer to myself as a Practitioner or Teacher until I have been awarded a Practitioner / Teacher Certificate signed by Simone M. Matthews (which also contains my unique Certification Number). As either a Student/Practitioner/Student Teacher I acknowledge that I will NOT TEACH any/all of the Practitioner Courses (by applicable names or any other names) as a stand alone course/s or as part of another course/s or healing modality. Only Graduate Teachers who have been personally certified by Simone are granted the rights to Teach.
Health Records, Consultations, & Remedy's
We highly recommend that all Practitioner/Teachers become fully versed with their local laws, best practices and duty of care when it comes to carrying our Client Consultations or Preparation of Vibrational Remedies. In addition, it is essential to keep adequate records of Client Care, which includes contact details, details regarding each consultation/session & detailed Vibrational Remedy data.
Health Records, Consultations, & Remedy's - Events
We highly recommend that Teachers become fully versed with their local laws, best practices and duty of care when it comes to facilitating Events (Workshops, Courses & Retreats) regarding Facilitation, Data Collection and including but not limited to Client Consultations or Preparation of Vibrational Remedies.
Confidentiality & Privacy
Practitioners & Teachers have ethical and legal obligations to protect the privacy of people requiring and receiving care. Clients have a right to expect that Practitioners/Teachers and their staff will hold information about them in confidence, unless release of information is required by law or public interest considerations. Good practice also ensures that all Client Records are kept in a secure location.
Informed Consent
Informed consent is a person’s voluntary decision about health care that is made with knowledge and understanding of the benefits and risks involved, how the consultation/session will transpire and the total costs. It is essential when working with Clients that Practitioners & Teachers give their informed consent (preferrably in writing) before or at the commencement of a consultation/session.
Informed Consent - Minors
Please be aware that where Practitioners & Teachers are working with minors, then it is also essential that full written Parental Consent be received from Parents/Guardians AND the local laws, best practices and duty of care also be undertaken.
Diagnostic & Referral
Practitioner & Teachers do not diagnose dis-ease, but rather the learned role is to discover a clients Bio-Terrain ill-balance within their body/mind/soul and seek a treatment plan that supports the body to heal itself through Naturo Sophia or Anima Mundi. Where Practitioner/Teachers feel that a Clients presentation/health status is beyond their capability of skills/education, then it is essential that Clients be referred to Health Practitioner(s) with suitable skills/qualifications. This may mean performing integrative work with a range of Health Professionals to support your clients healing, or no longer seeing your client as their presentation is beyond your skill/knowledge set.
Presentation & Cleanliness
Practitioners & Teachers must present themselves, their healing space, their healing tools, healing remedies & greater environment to the highest energetic presentation possible. Cleanliness in the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual realms forms an essential part of any Client Consultation/Session.
Continuing Professional Education
Practitioner & Teacher continuing education must be continued throughout your life as a Practitioner & Teacher. We provide a number of CPE tools through our Schools (including courses & articles), and we encourage all graduates to seek to learn widely & through heart-n-soul self-reflection enquiry.
Insurance
UniversalLifeTools is a Platinum Training Provider through the IICT - International Institute of Complementary Therapists. We strongly encourage all Graduates to Join the IICT and avail themselves of Professional Indemnity Insurance that covers all realms of their Practice/Teaching.
Transparency
Practitioners & Teachers must be honest and transparent in financial arrangements Clients. This includes but not limited to not exploiting the vulnerable, not encouraging gifts, not becoming financially involved with clients and being fully transparent in financial/commercial matters.
Student/Practitioner/Teacher Resolutions
Should any concerns arise during my course of study, or during my time as a Student, Practitioner or Teacher through Universal Life Tools, I will contact the founder of the school Simone M. Matthews to assist in the resolution / alleviation of my concerns Contact Simone here.
Registered Trademark
I acknowledge that Crystal Light Healing®, Essence of Angels®, Aetheric Healing™ & Lightrition™ are registered trademark names of Simone M. Matthews. Thus in all forms of communications such as social media, emails, website, advertising, education or promotion etc.., I will always include the Registered Trademark symbol of '®' (or ''TM' for Aetheric Healing & Lightrition) after the healing modalities title name.
