How to Purchase

What currency are your shop products ?

All eShop prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of taxes.

If purchasing from outside of Australia, your personal Credit Card company / PayPal will convert your AUD purchase to your own local currency based on their exchange rates on the day of the transaction.  Hence your Credit Card / PayPal account will be charged in your local currency.

If enrolling in a ‘GIFT your Value’ program, the amount that you gift will also be inclusive of taxes.

To estimate the AUD exchange rate with your own currency, we recommend the international exchange rate conversion website  XE.com

What Countries do you ship to ?

We ship anywhere in the world from our Australian Office.
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post.
Our Flat Rate shipping charges INCLUDE TRACKING.

Shipping is only applicable on purchases which include actual SHIPPING of products to your address.  The shipping charge will be added to your cart during the checkout process BEFORE you proceed to payment.

Shipping is NOT applicable when purchasing or enrolling in our ‘downloadable’ or ‘virtual’ products – such as eBooks, Audios, Videos, eCourses, Workshops or GIFT your VALUE Programs (unless your have purchased special package that includes physical products to be shipped).

Do you ship to PO Boxes ?

YES.  We can ship your order to your PO Box or to your Street address or to your place of business.

How much do you charge for Shipping ?

We offer a FLAT RATE Shipping Charge as follows:

Australia – Flat Rate $15 AUD (inclusive of tracking)
International – Flat Rate $29 AUD (inclusive of tracking)

All products are shipped via Australia post and on occasion 3rd party couriers.  All orders are shipped within within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of your payment.  ‘Tracking’ of parcels is INCLUDED within our Flat Rate Shipping Charge.

Should you wish to have your order posted by Express Post or Insured Mail, then this is charged at an additional cost. Please place this request in the ‘customer notes’ box on check out, and we will be in contact with regard to a quote for additional postage. Universal Life Tools highly recommends that customers Insure their shipped parcel(s)… please see the next heading.

International orders may attract customs charges, duties, fees etc… These possible additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser/importer. Depending on your country of origin, there also may be import restrictions/bans on certain products into your country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/importer to review your country’s guidelines. INTERNATIONAL (Standard Post – Airmail)
Shipping INTERNATIONAL can take up to 12 business days to be receipted, though this could extend to 15 business days during peak holiday periods (such as Christmas/New Year).  Please check the Australia Post International Shipping Guide to determine how long it will take for your order to be receipted.

Should your Order be urgent, then we can ship your order via Express Post (Australia & International), at an additional cost. You can email us for a quote PRIOR to placing your order, or please place this request in the ‘customer notes’ box on check out, and we will be in contact with regard to a quote for additional postage.

Are my purchases Insured ?

We highly recommend that all customers INSURE their purchases.

Whilst every care is taken to package your products diligently for safe transit, Universal Life Tools cannot be held responsible for mis-handling or loss caused by Australia/International postage services.  Whilst your Flat Rate shipping fee includes TRACKING, additional insurance covers the purchase for loss/damage.

How are my purchases packaged ?

Universal Life Tools takes very special care in packaging your items for shipping. We aim for your special purchases to arrive safe ‘n’ sound.

Products are firstly wrapped individually in bubble wrap, soft paper or sheet foam. Depending on the item/s purchased and their size and weight, your purchase/s are then boxed / bagged with bubble wrap or bio-foam or shredded paper to ensure their added protection for transit.

We also care for the environment and aim to use recyclable materials, or recycle our packaging where ever possible.

We highly recommend that customers take out Insurance on their orders in case of mis-handling or loss by Australian/International postage services.

VIP Customers (by email)

We offer a special ’email purchasing’ service to our VIP Customers.

VIP Customers have previously registered their Name, Postal Address and Credit Card / PayPal details with us.

On receipt of VIP Customer orders via email, we charge your Credit Card, send a PayPal request as per your registration or you can make a payment via Direct Debit (Australia Customers Only).

VIP customer are regular customers of Universal Life Tools, high volume purchasers, or Teachers or Practitioners through our school.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do ?

If your order was registered & insured please contact us immediately and keep original shipping box as well as the packaging as it is required for the claim insurance.

We will give you the contact number to make a claim, as only the receiver can make a claim on damaged goods.

If your order was not insured, and the damage was the result of Australian/International postal service mis-handling, then Universal Life Tools accepts no responsibility for damages.

If the damaged was the result of Universal Life Tools error in packaging, then we will replace the damaged items at our cost.

I haven’t received my order, what do I do ?

All orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving confirmation of your order payment.

If your order has not arrived within these guideline times, then please contact us immediately.

If your order was insured, then a claim can be made for your lost parcel.

However, if your order was not insured, then Universal Life Tools is not responsible for the mis-handling or loss caused by Australian/Overseas postage services – however we will do our best to help and resolve the problem by investigating your tracking number with Australia Post.

Do you sell your products wholesale?

We do have a wholesale price list for a selected range of our metaphysical products.

Wholesale prices are reserved for the Teachers & Practitioners through our Universal Life Tools School and minimum purchase qtys/amts do apply.

Alternate postage rates also apply to wholesale orders.
