Your next chapter might begin with a tiny spark of joy. ✨ That idea you keep returning to. The thing you would love to try. The possibility that makes your Heart whisper.... Oh yes, please 💗 Pay attention to that. Sometimes we wait for the whole picture before giving ourselves permission to begin. Yet our Soul may already be speaking through curiosity, delight, and the simple things that make us feel alive. I love the thought that you can follow that feeling without knowing where it will lead. Write the first few lines. Send the message. Give yourself ten minutes to explore. Then notice what happens within you. Does your breath soften? Do you feel more present, more YOU? Self-trust grows when you listen within and give that wisdom room to move. And transformation can begin with something as simple as making space for joy. What little spark would you love to follow today? 🫶
