Sharing with you my ‘BE the SOURCE Mediation’ – a recording from my Shealla-Dreaming Self-Study Course.

This is a 6 minute audio meditation ideal to begin each day. The mediation guides you to flow with the energy of the day in setting your intention in service to your higher-self and the collective field… to BE the SOURCE of Creation through you.

If you are new to our Universal Life Tools website, then I highly recommend that you also listen to my Sacred Ancient Wisdom Mediation and my Galactic Heart Meditation (see above) to provide a more detailed understanding of how to BE the SOURCE of Creation through you.

This week, the winds are changing… 🍃✨ Can you feel it too? The Equinox is a sacred threshold. A beautiful moment of balance between darkness and Light. A pause between all that has been and everything waiting to become. Like the breeze moving through my Spring coriander flowers, life is gently stirring something within you. Clearing. Rebalancing. Creating space. You don’t need to force what comes next. Simply soften. Breathe. Listen to your Heart. Let the season carry away what you are no longer meant to hold. And welcome the new energy already finding its way towards you. This is your invitation to return to your centre. To honour how far you have come. The version of your life that makes something inside you light up. You don’t have to know exactly how it will happen. You don’t even have to make it happen today. Just stop dismissing the spark. Give it a page in your journal. Ten minutes of research. One message. One little yes. Sometimes a dream simply wants to know that you’re listening. Save this for the possibility that keeps tapping you on the shoulder 💛

Your next chapter might begin with a tiny spark of joy. ✨ That idea you keep returning to. The thing you would love to try. The possibility that makes your Heart whisper.... Oh yes, please 💗 Pay attention to that. Sometimes we wait for the whole picture before giving ourselves permission to begin. Yet our Soul may already be speaking through curiosity, delight, and the simple things that make us feel alive. I love the thought that you can follow that feeling without knowing where it will lead. Write the first few lines. Send the message. Give yourself ten minutes to explore. Then notice what happens within you. Does your breath soften? Do you feel more present, more YOU? Self-trust grows when you listen within and give that wisdom room to move. And transformation can begin with something as simple as making space for joy. What little spark would you love to follow today? 🫶

Scorpio Moon days have a way of drawing us beneath the surface and gently returning us to what is real 🌒 But truth doesn’t always arrive with thunder. Sometimes, it arrives as relief. As a deep exhale. As the soft return of your own energy when you finally stop talking yourself out of what your Heart already knows. Perhaps your truth is beautifully simple today: I love this. I’m ready. I need more space. This matters to me. I want to try. You don’t need to explain it. Just become still enough to hear it. Your truth carries its own light. It dissolves the fog, calls your power home and gently returns you to the sacred rhythm of your Soul. There is something deeply magnetic about being honest with your own Heart. Your energy stops scattering. Your path becomes clearer. And your whole being begins moving in one luminous direction. What truth would feel freeing to admit to yourself today?
