WHO Pandemic Treaty

Have you heard of the WHO (World Health Organisation) Global Pandemic Treaty— set to come into effect internationally in 194 WHO Member Countries in 2024?

Why be Concerned?

The Pandemic Treaty would grant the WHO and affiliated organisations significant authority to direct Global Health Policy. Particularly concerning are the unprecedented threats to national sovereignty, a person’s right to bodily integrity, the right to select or reject their own medical care, treatment or a procedure, and the censorship of health professionals that the treaty will enforce.

Under the treaty, member countries (including Australia) would be required to demand that medical communications adhere to the WHO’s guidelines. As a result, we can anticipate that Global Health regulatory authorities will mandate that doctors and other healthcare providers follow the WHO’s official public statement in order to practise medicine and health care. There would be no tolerance for debate.

Update December 2022: The WHO is continuing to push forwards on its Pandemic Treaty, now dubbed ‘Pandemic Accord’ in a tweet from Dr Tedros Ghebreyesus, as part of the third meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB), which took place last week. The conceptual zero draft along with comments from the meeting will be passed to the WHO to form the basis of the treaty.

Why is this a Threat?

The Australian Medical Network (AMN), they have recognised within their recent Media Release that the Pandemic Treaty proposes the following threats:

1. The treaty and IHR will be legally binding.

2. This is a threat to our national sovereignty. It will take away an individual’s right to select their own type of medical care, treatment or procedure.

3. Recent changes to the Australian National Law make “confidence in public safety” a “paramount” consideration, so that health professionals who express a different yet qualified opinion will be sanctioned. Now the WHO wants to dictate what the official line is.

4. Each country in the world has a different approach to healthcare, managing emergencies and disease. A one size fits all or even a tiered approach is dangerous. Australians are more than capable of managing emergencies ourselves without being dictated to by foreign unelected organisations and governments.

5. The WHO can declare an emergency at any time and control Australians’ movement with digital health certificates.

6. The WHO’s working body, called the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB), are currently developing recommendations to present to the WHA. The INB representatives deciding the fate of Australia’s health policy and response to emergencies are from countries such as South Africa, Brazil, Egypt and Japan

What you can do?

Apart from tapping into the field of Infinite Solutions through your Radiant Humanness, here are some physical steps that you may wish to consider within your own country. The steps below relate to Australia per the AMN Stop the Who and Media Release 21 Nov 2022 and Media Release 29 Nov 2022

• Email and phone your local State and Federal MP until you get an answer – if enough people do this the government will eventually have to respond. Let them know that the WHO is not a panacea for solving Australia’s or the worlds global health problems.

• All Australians need to get informed on this issue – talk about it with your friends and family, make it your BBQ and dinner conversation. It is that important. We really need to raise awareness on this. We cannot wait and see what happens.

• If Australia hands the WHA/WHO the power that it wants, we will no longer be in charge of our own destiny and we will no longer be a representative democracy.
