My family and I have just returned home after a whirlwind few days away with extended family. We celebrated birthdays, enjoyed Christmas in July festivities and indulged in lots of earthly yuminess.
However, after a weekend of decadence, this morning we all felt a little sluggish and not our perky selves. You know that feeling.. cotton-wool heads, sniffly noses and dull complexion as your body tries to deal with a barrage of acidic/heavy foods.
When we woke up this morning, the first thing my children and I did was head to the fridge, unpack every vege we could find and set about making a HUGE detox juice !!!! We hadn’t been shopping yet, but managed to pull together the following ingredients to create our go to ‘Zinger Detox Juice’.
Below I am sharing with you our creation… just in case you need a pick-me-up too !
How am I feeling now ? Well I have to say our Zinger juice is a life-saver… after sipping on a few glasses throughout this morning, I am feeling so so much lighter, fresher and more energised.
Zinger Detox Juice
PREP 15 minutes | STORE 3 days | SERVES 2-4
This is a great juice to have if you have over-indulged a little and wish to support the body to cleanse, detox & alkalise.
I recommend watering it down (50% juice / 50% water) & sipping on many glasses throughout the day. As my daughter just said to me now ‘heaven in a glass, thank you mum!’
Ingredients
1 Pineapple- 2 Green Apples
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1/2 bunch Celery (including leaves)
- 3 Kale Leaves
- 3 Spinach Leaves
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Lime
- Turmeric (thumb size)
- Ginger (thumb size… or add more if you prefer an extra ZING)
- Blessed Filtered Water
- 3 drops of Archangel Azrael Essence (Essence of Angels®)
- Crystals – Pyrite & Black Tourmaline (Crystal Light Healing®)
Method
Place the first 10 ingredients in a juice extractor. Fill a giant glass jar with the juice and top up with Blessed Water (I add water from my water-filter and I ‘bless it’ by placing a prayer or giving gratitude as I add it to my juice).
Before sealing the glass jar, add 3 drops of Archangel Azrael Essence… a vibrational Structured Water remedy that helps to cleanse, alkalise & amplify the ZING within the juice.
Store the glass bottle in the fridge and on top of the bottle place crystals (my favourite Zinger Detox Juice crystals are Black Tourmaline & Pyrite) to help amplify the lifeforce & detox properties of the juice.
