How to Administer the Essence
We recommend taking 3–7 drops of a single Essence of Angels® vibrational essence, morning and evening. Stay with this rhythm for around two weeks, then gently check in with yourself. Do you feel called to continue with the same Essence for another cycle, or is something new wanting to support what is now unfolding?
You can take your drops under the tongue, or apply them over the body, such as over your Sacral Chakra, during meditation or healing sessions. Allowing the Essence to meet you in stillness and presence. Essences work in a soft, subtle way, supporting your inner realms to come into greater harmony with your highest expression within the Divine Field.
While they are beautifully safe to use, there may be moments where a healing response arises, often referred to as a ‘healing crisis’, where symptoms briefly intensify or shift in unexpected ways.
