I love this  quote from  Marianne Williamson ‘Miracles are Shifts in thinking from Fear to Love’… and this couldn’t be more true for me these past weeks.

Since I wrote last, my life has been a whirl of miracles as I facilitated my Australian Essence of Angels Teachers Course, attended Deepak Chopra’s inhouse ‘Journey to Enlightenment’ weekend event… and I am now deep in the organisational phase of our Spirited-Travellers World Tour.

You may remember from my last article ‘The Greater the Light the Bigger the Shadow‘, I was having a challenging time in letting myself get caught in the trappings of the ego.

It was then during my latest Essence of Angels Teachers course (during the meditation of Archangel Michael through our Solar Plexus) that I received the following the message:

Whenever you make the choice to move way beyond the limits of your comfort zone and thereby choose Growth over Stagnation and Love over Fear and hence Heart over Mind… you begin to challenge the very foundations and belief systems that your life has been built upon.   The very nature of moving out of your comfort zone literally means ‘feeling uncorfortable’ as you sail into unchartered waters not yet navigated by you or possibly even by anyone else !

I just love this message from spirit, as it so succinctly expresses what we all experience when we take a huge leap of faith and choose to transcend the limitation of the ego/mind and follow the calling of our Hearts.

Heart & Mind Expressions

Your Heart is a divine expression of your true nature, that of LOVE, pure joy and infinite compassion.  Your heart is the essence of your soul expression here on Earth, it knows no boundary, no limitation and thus is a reservoir of grace and ease.  Your Heart is FREE !!!

Your mind on the other hand, as magnificent a tool it is, is quite limited in function when compared with the Heart.  The mind is practical, analytical and makes choices mostly out of fear.  The mind wants you to be safe, to make the respectable choices that others approve of and above all the mind wants to control outcomes so they fall within predictable limits.   Lets face it, the mind can control you if you let it and keep you from living your life in passionate ecstasy.

Why then is following the Heart so challenging at times ?

When you follow your Heart and choose to fully step into your passion, you are awakening to life experiences, potentialities and opportunities that are new, exciting and full of adventure and promise.  There are no guarantees but that is what makes it such an exciting adventure and makes life a life worth living.  To quote Helen Keller ‘Life is either a daring adventure or nothing‘.

However, the mind likes to thwart your attempts at adventure by focussing on your experiences of the past, your programmed belief systems and your past failures and hurtful rejections.  Your mind wants to play out these stories over and over again, after all it is simply the CPU of the body, a processing unit that spits out information based on its past programming and most of this is unconscious programming.

Following the Heart takes Courage !

As I have personally found in my life, to fully embrace the adventure of the Heart takes courage, faith and deepest committment.    When you follow your Heart you are surrendering to the unknown, moving beyond control and tuning into the beat of your own drum.

Following your Heart can be scary, as it compels you to move beyond your perceived limitations, societal expectations and the well-meaning opinions of family and friends.  As you move out of your comfort zone and enter the waters of true vulnerability, you are opening yourself up to potential failure, ridicule and that not often spoken about emotion called shame.

However, your Heart is the source of your inspiration or IN-SPIRIT-ation.  When you choose to be courageous and follow your Heart, yes you are also choosing vulnerability (and with that can come discomfort) but you also open your life to the golden doors of synchronicity, intuition and awaken to Miracles in your daily life.

BE Wholehearted & Create Miracles

So getting back to my last few weeks of Miracles… this is exactly where I find myself right now, making the choice to fully step into my HEART VISION of our Spirited-Travellers world tour, even though this huge stepping out of my comfort zone feels rather scary at times and is conjuring up varying degrees of discomfort.

Yes I am taking a huge leap of faith and feeling the most vulnerable I have ever felt in my entire life… however in choosing to live wholeheartedly I am surrendering and allowing the miracles to become manifest in each and every moment.

And this is exactly what has been happening over the last few weeks… the miracles have been flowing thick and fast !!!!

We now have two beautiful souls step forward as Visionary Sponsors to support our tour (announcement to be made very soon), nearly 75% of our Events have now been scheduled for the first year of our tour and people are emailing me from all corners of the globe offering their assistance in any way they can to bring our tour to life.

Thank you does not sufficiently express my immense gratitude and deepest heart felt appreciation to all Event Hosts, Sponsors and supporters of our tour.  Thank you for your belief in my vision (even when I was at my most challenged) and helping me to get back on the horse again to fully live Wholeheartedly & Create Miracles.
