How to use the above Symbol:

• Please download and print a large version of the Symbol (in colour if at all possible)

• Place the Symbol in a position where will be viewed often (eg fridge, bathroom mirror etc..).

• Some of you maybe guided to print a second copy and sleep with this under your pillow (or place on your bedside table), to help anchor & weave the energetics into your auric field during your sleeping hours.

• You may also print a second copy and use this during your personal meditation sessions (sitting on the symbol, holding it in your hands or laying the symbol over your heart).

• The symbol could also be used in group meditative sessions, to not only activate & awaken the energy individually, but also to collectively anchor this energy into the Earth.

I have also created a template image of the above Symbol that can be used on your iPhone / Smartphone.

Simply download the image (per the link below) and then upload the image into your photos on your phone (eg you could email the image to your phone & save image to your photos).

Once the image is saved in your phone’s photo library, then in General Settings save the image as a wallpaper for both your background and home pages.
