Our Sun is a ball of hot plasma woven together through magnetic fields.
These magnetic fields reverse direction every 11 years or so (known as Solar Cycles), thus doing a complete ‘flip’. The lead-up to each flip is characterised by dramatic increases in solar activity whereby Solar Flares and Coronial Mass Ejections (CME’s) are released and have huge influences on space weather… and hence Earth itself.
In addition to our Suns 11 year Solar Cycle, our Sun also has a 13,000 year Stellar Cycle. Every 13,000 years or so our Solar System moves into the central region of a photon band of light (within this photon band for approx 2,000 years) and as our Sun is bathed in this highly charged region of space its magnetic fields become highly charged having a great influence to life here on Earth… from our Weather patterns through to the expression of our DNA.
Sun’s Magnetic Flip
Solar physicist Todd Hoeksema of Stanford University predicts that our Sun will reverse in magnetic poles later this year (most probably in Nov / Dec 2013).
“The Sun’s polar magnetic fields weaken, go to zero, and then emerge again with the opposite polarity. This is a regular part of the solar cycle,” says solar physicist Phil Scherrer, also of Stanford University.

Sun’s Magnetic Activity – Effect on Earth
Our Sun is at the centre of our Solar System and its magnetic field surrounds our Solar Systems planets in a bubble of electro-magnetic energy referred to as the heliosphere. It is the solar winds that move the highly charged energy from the Sun and creates the ‘heliosphere’ the electro-magnetic field that surrounds our Solar System.
As the sun reaches it’s ‘Solar Maximum’ during Solar Cycle 24 (in the lead up to the magnetic polar flip), solar emissions intensify and the Suns solar wind blasts energetic particles into the Heliosphere and hence into the Earth’s magnetosphere.
German biophysicist Dieter Broers in his book ‘Solar Revolution’ makes a compelling case, pointing to a wealth of scientific evidence showing a remarkable correlation between increases in solar activity and advances in our creative, mental, and spiritual abilities.
Broers—who has for decades been studying the effect of electromagnetic fields on biological systems—sees the coming shift as the dawn of a new age. Solar Activity – Awakening our DNA

What can we expect over the coming months
With any solar activity and subsequent ripples of solar energy through the heliosphere, we are not only being affected energetically as discussed above… but this also translates into physical symptoms.
Firstly your nervous system is being ‘charged’ so you may experience headaches, insomnia, anxiety or feeling like something is about to ‘shift’ big time in any moment.. a sense of anticipation, yet not sure anticipation of what ?
Secondly, as your DNA is turning on you may experience increase in thirst, feel very tired and lethargic and crave more carbohydrates than usual. Listen to your body and allow more time for sleep, drink lots of clean free from chemicals water and eat lighter and closer to raw if possible.. ensuring your food is seasonal and chemical free.
Thirdly, as your DNA awakens, your extra-sensory gifts are awakening and you are ‘seeing’ the world through different, more conscious eyes. You may actually ‘feel’ like you are living on a different Earth. The best advice is to move out of the mind and into the Earth. Spend time grounding, walking bare feet on the Earth… hear here wisdom through you and be guided by the flow of the Universe.
