What a glorious week we have ahead – a New Moon in Aquarius, our first Solar Eclipse for the year (after last months Lunar Eclipse) and we also step into Chinese New Year – the year of the Yang Earth Dog.   PLUS… I am blissing out facilitating our first Heart Retreat for the year… oooh a week of Heaven ♡

You may be wondering why the picture above is of a Star Fish ?   Well this morning as I was lying in bed & contemplating today’s post about the celestial energies of this week, when I fell into a lucid dream and became a Star Fish.   Star Fish dreaming energy medicine reminds us to embrace the perfection of the moment, the beauty of the present, no matter what ‘chaos’ maybe happening around you. Arms & legs outstretched face the world with humble presence, courageous heart and trust in the grand Cosmic plan of life.   Surrender to all life has to offer you – Earth, Fire, Air, Water & Spirit –  and allow miracles to unfold with grace & ease.

So as we enter the Chinese New Year of the Yang Earth Dog this coming Friday 16 February 2018 (on the second New Moon of 2018), I am going to take head of Star Fish dreaming medicine. 

My intention is to mindfully move & flow with this years cosmic tides, take more time to rest & have fun & ground the bigger visions of my life in preparation for 2019 year of the Earth Pig.

New Moon + Solar Eclipse

Our Chinese New Year NEW MOON this week fall in Aquarius – creating an energy of visionary, enlightened thoughts for our personal life, our families and our community.   This New Moon will be a time to reflect on why we are here, and finding new ways of how we can authentically live our truths.  

During a NEW MOON, the side of the moon that remains invisible to us here on Earth is being illuminated by the Sun.  Thus our own ‘invisible’ side, our inner feelings, emotions and desires are also being illuminated during a new moon.  During this illumination, we are given a window of opportunity to start a fresh, let go of the energy of the previous cycle and set our intentions, dreams & inner-most desires into conscious action.

Our New Moon is also also a PARTIAL SOLAR ECLIPSE – amplifying the energy of this months New Moon.  The energy of a Solar Eclipse ‘obscures’ our vision forward, such that we can take time to reflect on the present and truthfully see how this relates to our past. The insights gained are not about dragging up old energy, or reliving painful events or experiences, but rather to positively reassess where you have been and use this knowledge to make quantum leaps on your path moving forward.  

With our New Moon – PARTIAL SOLAR ECLIPSE in Aquarius, we will be drawn to gaze into our inner world, see the gifts of our shadow and emerge from the eclipse ready to step into our greater potential.  Just as there is darkness before the dawn… as we emerge from the darkness of the New Moon Solar Eclipse – the LIGHT of our HEARTS will illuminate the way forward.

After last months Total Lunar Eclipse, the energy building into this weeks New Moon Solar Eclipse feels VERY intense, but also has the potential to be wildly transformational… should we choose to surrender to the eclipses greater potential. 

I look forward to sharing this coming Friday’s New Moon Solar Eclipse energy with our Heart Retreat participants… I have a something special planned, out in nature on our own private beach.  Whilst you may not be with us physically, we will send a wave of LOVE to you all aetherically this New Moon Eclipse.
