To all my Aussie friends, you may wish to screenshot the image below and save it to your phone.⁠

Under Australian Law, it is ILLEGAL for any Business to stop a customer from entering their premises or to not serve a customer if they choose not to scan a QR code or they do no consent to their information being uploaded to National COVIDSafe Data Store (which is the database administered by or on behalf of the Commonwealth for the purpose of contact tracing).⁠

To keep Businesses informed about your rights, ask the Business to Scan the QR Code in the image below, in order to directly read SECT 94H of the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1888⁠
