March 2018 marks a rare event with TWO Full Moons falling in the same month – the first happens on March 1st/2nd and the second on March 30th/31st and inbetween we have our New MOON in Pisces on the 17 March 2018. March 2018 – NEW MOON – Energy
Our March NEW MOON falls in the Zodiac sign of PISCES a Water Sign (ruled by Jupiter & Neptune), weaving a feminine, yin, feeling, sensitive & intuitive energy.
During a New Moon, the moon is roughly sitting between the Earth & the Sun, hence the Sun is shining on the ‘dark side of the moon’, the side of the moon we never see. So with both the SUN (your outer personality) and the MOON (your inner emotional world) both sitting together in PISCES… you are being drawn deep into the darker recesses of your psyche to explore your unconscious mind.

During our Piscean New Moon you may experience a heightened sensitivity, feel very emotional or maybe your intuitive instincts will be working on overdrive… so much so, it may at times be hard to discern, what is ‘yours’ and what is ‘others’ stuff. Chiron conjunct the Moon & Sun
The minor planet CHIRON (the wounded healer) is conjunct our Sun & Moon / New Moon (at 28.130 Pisces). Chiron represents our deepest wounds, areas in our life/subconscious where we feel/experience lack, shame, low self-worth and insecurity.
You maybe called to heal your inner-child this New Moon as you…
- Dive deep into you psyche and ACKNOWLEDGE areas of your life that are out of balance
- Own aspects of your life where you are experiencing pain
- With clarity finally ‘see’ situations that you have hidden from the world due to fear/shame
- Recognise WHY you can be so hard on yourself or put up barriers to defend to your inner-battles & internal-conflicts
- And finally reclaim your fractured Soul and bring HEALING to yourself as Chiron transits these final last degrees in Pisces.
As your deepest wounds are being exposed this New Moon (particularly with the Galactic Centre on the Ascendant & Conjunct Mars)… this could make for a rather uncomfortable New Moon, particularly if you are fighting against what maybe coming up.
Personally I see this is a great opportunity to LOVE yourself more deeply, rather than being on reactive auto-pilot in your life. To LOVE yourself enough to FORGIVE, HEAL and move your life forward in ways that are generous, tender & kind to YOU.
Galactic Centre, Ascendant & Mars
During our March New Moon, the Galactic Centre is on the Ascendant & conjunct Mars… PLUS Galactic Centre & Mars are square the Moon & Sun.
As discussed in Crystal Light Healing®, the Galactic Centre is giant black & white whole that sits at the ‘Heart Centre’ of our Milky Way Galaxy. Our Solar System (along with approx 100+ Billion other Solar Systems) take approx 225 Million years to do one complete revolution around the Galactic Centre. As discussed in Essence of Angels®, the Galactic Centre is 8D consciousness, the central sphere of Metatron’s Cube. And as we chart in Aetheric Healing™, the Galactic Centre is positioned in the latter degrees of Sagittarius (until it moves into Capricorn in 2225) and is the Source of our Souls highest aspirations and greater evolutionary purpose.
The Ascendant is how you are ‘seen’ in the world, your personality to the world, could even be referred to as the ‘mask’ you wear in front of others (ouch!).
And Mars is your energy, your drive, your warrior archetype.
