Over the last week I have rested. Long luxurious sleep-ins. With hands & heart cooked up nourishing root vege autumn delights. And soaked up the last of the warm sunny days, ocean swims, and evening sunsets as I fare-welled summer and welcomed in the journey inward through Autumn/Winter.
Since early 2020 I have dedicated so much of my energy to being the change – through my Global Health Freedom Resources service work – and last weekend I came to the realisation that I wasn’t giving as much energy/time to myself as I had been giving out to others. Ouch!!! I felt tired. I felt a little worn down. I needed rest.
PLUS, through my dreams & intuitive guidance I felt that a beloved ‘hand’ of consciousness was guiding me to make a big leap, an enormous shift in the entire recalibration of my body, mind & soul. I needed to make space to both heal & rise. So I took some time off over the last week to reflect & regenerate. Come back into alignment with my central line (hara line connection between Heaven & Earth), and to restore, rejuvenate & rise. To be honest, I am not there yet… but I am reminding myself that life, love & health is a journey and NOT a destination.
As I move through this big shift within, I am also making some big shifts in my outer life, including my work & sharings with you all. Here are my 3 Pledges:
PLEDGE 1: I will NOT engage in Energy depleting Practices
I have decided to NOT engage with anymore negativity, harrassment, or energy depleting conversations either on socials, private messages or within my emails. My work has ALWAYS been about empowerment, and inspiring people to BE their own source of change. I share all my resources & courses with a view to helping people discover & thrive in THEIR OWN truth. I do not believe it is my place to coerce anyone along any particular path, or convince you that my view is right, nor justify any of my sharings. Instead I empower people to be the architect of their own lives by guiding them to connect with their own intuition & soulful gifts within this world. Your are most welcome to not read any of my sharings if you feel they do not pertain to you.
PLEDGE 2: I will not stop sharing my Truth
My truth may not be your truth. Your truth is your personal journey between you & the Creator, and I respect that. But I certainly will not shrink myself in order to make you feel better about yourself nor to validate your own personal decisions/truths. And I am also not interested in debating my truths vs your truths, nor do I have any desire to justify my sharings. I share my truth from a place of healing, a place where we all may reconcile, and a place where we can meet in order to rise up to our World more Beautiful.
And whilst sharing my truth, I will not be shamed by your words or idle gossips that my sharings are ‘not spiritual’ or ‘not of the light’. Or that I am wrong for what I am doing. Or that I am selfish etc etc… I believe that being a visionary & pioneer of our World more Beautiful means owning the darkness of our past/present, bringing it out in the open and exposing these atrocities to the light. And as humanity trembles to the core with the unearthing of these truths, together we lift one another up to rise above this darkness of who we (collectively) have been within this world (that means healing the shadow) as we ride the wave into who we (again collectively) are becoming.
This process can feel uncomfortable – I have put that mildly – cause from a human perspective it can feel shite. This process crumbles the very foundations and structures of every area of life here on Earth. It may feel scary and vulnerable to not know what lies ahead, yet deep within our hearts there is an exuberant joy that grows day by day for what we are all midwifing through us.
PLEDGE 3: I will not stop doing the dance
The dance of the yin-yang. The dance of light-dark, day-night, sun-moon, love-fear. If we are to UNIFY we must own EVERY part of ourselves, and EVERY part of what has/is unfolding on the Earth. And as we dance the dance of life, we must never lose sight of the grander purpose of Nature, the Divine that exists within all living things, and what we are capable becoming as a Human Species. Let’s together do the dance as we create an entirely new model of possibility.

Starting this week, each week I plan on sharing with you a short video on a topic that I feel is relevant to the moment. My grander vision is to support you in your own dance of light-dark, to help you find a harmonic balance that heals, unifies & evolves in all directions of time & space.

Health: Riding the Wave of Change
This morning (leading into writing this post), I gave myself a Crystal Light Healing® Session, before gifting myself an Osteopathic Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral session with an amazing Practitioner (I talk about this modality in Lightrition™). I have soooooo much more to say about all of this… but will hold off until next weeks Video share.
As synchronicity would have it, I happened upon the video below on my return to the office… and well… please take a moment to listen, absorb and feel into all that is being shared through Karen Henderson’s words. For us to Ride the Wave of Change, we must become present to the truth of the moment, yet consciousness of the ripple of possibility that yearns to express itself. We are called to become Whole, to Heal, to Evolve.
Karen so eloquent shares that we are here to shift the global consciousness from instability and discord, to compassionate care, cooperation & peace. Each of us have the capacity through our Hearts to be the mid-wives of this shift, as we ride this wave of change. May we enjoy the ride together.
